Authorities say they are investigating the discovery of a man found fatally shot in the head in the Silver Lake area.

The man, who was in his 30s, was discovered about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Allesandro Street, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter, according to City News Service.

So far no arrests have been reported in conjunction with the death. The victim's name has been withheld pending notification of his next of kin.
