Photos: Space Shuttle Endeavour Soars Over Los Angeles
The space shuttle Endeavour made its final, exciting pass over Los Angeles, flying low over several key sites and landmarks to the delight of gathered crowds and folks watching online, on television, and out their windows. We asked you to share with us your images of the Endeavour passing over where you were.
Endeavour is now at LAX, awaiting transport by ground to its forever-home at the California Science Center. Built in Los Angeles County, this was a truly spectacular homecoming for a piece of American space exploration history.
