Paddock was raising money for the Asian American Drug Abuse Program.
Paddock was one of the first to sign up for this year's charity team, said Paulina Hong, the Drug Abuse Program's development director.
"She was always a very sweet and patient woman, always ready to step up to support a cause that she believed in," she said.
Paddock is survived by her husband Ryan and three children ages 14, 18, and 20.
