President Obama Will Meet The Families Of The Victims Of The San Bernardino Attack

President Barack Obama will visit and mourn with the families of the victims in the San Bernardino shooting on Friday.On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest announced that the president would be stopping by the city as a stop on his way to his annual family vacation in Hawaii. According to The Hill, the meetings will be private and there are currently no plans in place for the president to give a speech.
The L.A. Times says that White House officials previously said any plans for the president meeting with the victims' families would be worked around local memorials.
The San Bernardino shooting, where 14 people were killed and 21 injured by Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, was called a "terrorist" attack by Obama in his televised address to the nation and is currently under investigation by the FBI.
