Workplace Profanity: Good for Men Only?

Wall Street traders aren't known for pretty language, so Black Monday must have sounded pretty ugly. Our last word in business today is social swearing. A new study in a British journal says profanity in the workplace is a good thing. It can boost team spirit, the authors claim, at least in all-male settings like the locker room.
