Wilkes-Barre Residents Fill A Pothole With A Christmas Tree
STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep. The saying holds if life gives you lemons, make lemonade. That's the approach residents of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., took toward a pothole.
