Taas Cheating
Several schools officials in Texas were recently caught manipulating school testing data to improve their schools'' rankings. The scandal, which involves the Texas Assessment of Academic Skills Test, or "TAAS", has highlighted the pressures testing can create. Janet Heimlich reports from Austin, Texas.
