Commentator Frank Shorter recommends that Major League Baseball adopt the model that the United States Olympic Committee uses to test American athletes for steroids and other prohibited performance-enhancing drugs. The U.S. Olympic Committee created the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, a completely independent and transparent entity.
