Kodak-Fuji
NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports the World Trade Organization sided with Japan in the closely watched case involving Eastman-Kodak and Fuji over access to the Japanese market. The WTO held against the U.S. and Kodak on every major point. Kodak officials called the decision "unacceptable" and urged the Clinton Administration to continue pursuing the matter.
