Army Eyes Charges in Afghan Prison Deaths

The Army says up to 28 U.S. soldiers may face criminal charges connected to the deaths of two prisoners at an U.S.-run prison in Afghanistan two years ago. The most serious potential charges cited include involuntary manslaughter and maiming. NPR's Jackie Northam reports.
