Lance Armstong enjoys strong prospects for winning his seventh consecutive Tour de France as the competition heads toward Sunday's finish in Paris.
But next year's Tour will be without Armstrong, who intends to retire. Melissa Block talks to former racer Frankie Andreu of the Outdoor Life Network, at the end of the 17th stage outside Revel, France.
