Morgue Staff Rejects LiLo's 'I'm Sorry' Cupcakes and In-N-Out
Guys, Lindsay Lohan is so sorry about showing up late to morgue duty yesterday, which is her third chance at chipping away at the 480 community service hours she owes the county. So just to really prove that she doesn't think she can get away with everything just because she's rich and famous she's sorry, she had her assistants bring morgue staffers and volunteers gourmet cupcakes for breakfast and In-N-Out for lunch.
However, winning over the staff of people who deal with Los Angeles' dead is not as easy as Lohan might think. Ed Winter, the assistant chief to the coroner, said the office rejected 36 cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery and it also rejected the burgers from In-N-Out. He told TMZ, "We're not here to accept food."
A rep for Lohan confirmed the cupcakes and burgers were gifts from Lohan: "It is unfortunate that Lindsay's well-intentioned actions were not taken in the spirit in which she intended; to say she was sorry for yesterday's misunderstanding."
Nice try, LiLo. Back to washing bodily fluids off of sheets and cleaning toilets. And we're sorry to say you don't get extra credit for not puking.
