Man Kills His Neighbor, Who Was Hosting a Loud Party
A man was arrested this morning for killing his neighbor, after confronting the victim about a loud party he was hosting in North Hollywood, Studio City Patch reports.Caitan Arreguin, 25, was arrested for fatally shooting Rafael Flores Baca around 1 a.m. Saturday at an apartment complex near the intersection of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Saticoy Street.
Arreguin confronted Baca over a party he was having at his apartment and shot him on stairway landing, police said. Although the two men were apparently neighbors, the incident may have gang overtones, according to Los Angeles police Sgt. Charles Coleman of the Foothill Station.
