Police Don't Know Why Man Was Shot to Death On His Walk Home From the Store

Police aren't sure why a man was shot and killed on the sidewalk in Pacoima while he was walking home from the store.Luis Enrique Silva, 27, was shot to death just before 11pm last night near the intersection of Remick Avenue and Louvre Street. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died. Police have few leads. There is no gun, no description of the suspect and no motive. They don't believe that Silva was involved in a gang.
