Man Exits Vehicle, Collapses, and Dies on 405 Freeway

A motorist who had been driving northbound on the 405 Freeway exited his vehicle, collapsed, and died early this morning, according to the Daily Breeze. The victim stopped his vehicle north of the eastbound 10 Freeway at around 2 a.m. California Highway Patrol responders found the unidentified male on the freeway, bleeding from the mouth. He was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics. The CHP report that there "were no signs of a traffic crash or collision."
