A man died after the car he was in plunged off a cliff into the San Gabriel Canyon early this morning.

The black Honda Civic the man was in went off the road around 3:18 am around San Gabriel Canyon Road just north of Azusa, according to City News Service. The dead man was identified only as being in his early 20's. There were others in the car, but they weren't seriously injured.
