Thanks to the crazy apes over at Monkeyfilter, now you can continue what Despair.com started by creating original motivational posters that spoof the ones seen in amazingly lame offices everywhere.

Victory, Pride, Determination, Success will all reach new heights with your witty slogans and photos. The site even allows you to upload your creation into your Flickr account with two clicks of your mouse.
