This Wednesday Lindsay Lohan is going to go before judge Stephanie Sautner, who will probably have a lot of questions about her lackadaisical attitude toward her addiction recovery and probation.

Lohan was booted out of her program to earn community service hours after she skipped out completely on nine scheduled visits and left early for most of her other ones. Sautner's order stipulated Lohan "be reliable, non-disruptive, and serve at least 4 hours at a time" or else face jail time.

Now TMZ is reporting that Lohan could face over a year in jail time if you add up all of the reasons that Lohan is on probation in the first place: there was the shoplifting, the DUIs and now this.
