Large Sinkhole Forms on Sunset Bl. After Water Main Break
LA DWP crews are at work this afternoon to repair a large sinkhole that has opened up on Sunset Blvd. as a result of a water main break that happened earlier this morning. The hole is at Sunset and North Edgemont, near the Kaiser Permanente facilities. Kaiser was without water for a short time this morning, according to a live report on KTLA, however no patients were affected. The DWP says repair work will take most of the day, and in turn, the evening commute in the area may be affected.
