Lamar Odom Checks Into Rehab (OR NOT?!), Doesn't Tell Khloe [UPDATED]

UPDATE 11:10 AM: Apparently, much like his "rumored" drug use, Odom's foray into a fresh rehab stint is also a rumor. "There are reports out that Lamar checked himself in ... we've been making calls for the last day and just got what we're told is the definitive word ... he's not there," say the news hounds of TMZ. What does appear to be true is that Khloe, nor any Kardashian, knows where Odom is off to. Uh oh!
______
NBA star Lamar Odom (aka Mr. Khloe Kardashian) has checked himself into rehab for treatment for his drug problem, however it seems he may not have told his wife he was going.
People.com broke the news of Odom's move into an unidentified facility, however TMZ reports that the ball player's wifey is in the dark: "Sources close to the couple tell us Khloe never got so much as a heads-up about Lamar's plans, and was completely blindsided by the report he's checked in for treatment," says the gossip site.
Odom, 33, was arrested last week for a suspected DUI when he was pulled over for driving too slowly on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley. After refusing to submit to chemical testing at the police station, Odom's license was revoked for a year, and authorities were not able to confirm what, if any, drugs were in his system.
A few days ahead of his behind the wheel bust there were rumors Odom had gone missing—an escapade perhaps fueled by drug use.
Odom's former L.A. Lakers teammates have expressed concern and dismay regarding their colleague's rumored addiction. "It sucks to hear," Jordan Farmar told ESPN. "It's unfortunate. A couple of us have reached out to him and haven't heard back. That's just a sign of him going through some tough times."
