Veterans Day 2013: Tell everyone #wheretheyserved (map)
There are over 20 million veterans living in the United States — with about 2 million of them residing in California, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Veterans Day is a day when we gather and honor those who served our country.
To pay tribute, we've been collecting stories about the paths California veterans have taken from our sunny state to the cities, oceans, lands and countries in which they served.
