To pay for a border wall, Southern California military construction may be delayed
President Trump wants to pull up to 3.6 billion dollars from the the Pentagon's military construction budget to pay for his long-promised border wall.
On Monday, Congress got its first look at the base upgrades that may be delayed.
One local facility that could see it’s military construction project slip away: The Air National Guard Station at Channel Islands. KPCC's Libby Denkmann reports on what to expect.
