OCTA comes to agreement with maintenance, service workers
The Orange County Transportation Authority has reached a contract agreement with its union maintenance and service workers. The transit agency’s board approved the agreement today. Union workers approved the contract over the weekend.
The Orange County Transportation Authority and the Teamsters agreed to the three-year contract.
It includes no raises for maintenance and service workers for two years, but it leaves the door open for both sides to discuss possible raises for the third year.
The contract is similar to the one the OCTA’s coach operators approved earlier this year.
