Murder charges filed against LA producer for Cancun murder
A state attorney general in Mexico has filed murder charges against TV producer Bruce Beresford-Redman for allegedly killing his wife in Cancun, a Los Angeles TV station reported today.
ABC7 said the charges were filed one day after a private memorial service was held to honor Monica Beresford-Redman in Culver City.
Her husband has returned to California, and his attorney has suggested her death might be connected to several killings that have occurred in the Cancun resort area. The wife's body was found beaten and strangled in a septic tank at a Cancun luxury resort on April 8.
