Long Beach Pride in 23 pictures
Thousands of people took to the streets today, many in rainbow finery, to march in Long Beach's 34th annual Pride Festival.
Before the parade kicked off at 10:30 a.m., revelers gathered at Bixby Park to remember the people who died in last year's Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando, Florida. Two survivors of the shooting, Brian Reagan and Milan D'Marco, were scheduled to attend the presentation.
Reality star and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump served as the parade's celebrity grand marshal. R&B singer Jody Watley is headlining the festival's main stage.
