Homelessness is down in LA for the first time in four years
The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority released results from its annual homeless count on Thursday, finding a three percent drop in homelessness across the county. However, the count showed an increase in the number of people experiencing for the first time, and found more makeshift shelters popping up on city streets.
