Firefighters Make Progress on Catalina Fire
A fire has burned more than 4,000 acres on Catalina Island, but is no longer presenting a threat to Avalon. Thousands evacuated from the island last night. Morning Edition host Steve Julian spoke with Dan Teckenoff, the publisher of the Catalina Islander.
