A 10-15 acre fire prompted home evacuations and road closures Wednesday afternoon in Corona.
The blaze began in a river bottom west of the Corona Municipal Airport, Corona fire officials said.
Thirty engines were on scene as homes on Fallbrook Drive, Kevin Circle and Queensdale Circle have been evacuated.
"We've evacuated 75 homes that live adjacent to the river bottom," Corona fire spokeswoman Lynn Mata said.
Several streets, including portions of Lincoln, Auberndale and Rincon have been closed to traffic.

About 125 firefighters from the Corona Fire Department, Cal Fire and the US Forest Service responded to the fire, Mata said. She estimated the fire could be contained in two to three hours. So far, it hasn't affected flights at the nearby airport, she said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
