Disneyland's prices just went up — again

Ticket prices at Disneyland in Anaheim and Walt Disney World in Orlando just went up — and the more expensive rates took effect today.
The price of regular admission to Disneyland rose to $117, an increase of $7. A single-day peak ticket now costs $135, an $11 jump. The one-park value ticket remains $97 while the price of the one-day park hopper value ticket decreased to $147, a $10 drop.
In Southern California, the prices for the Disneyland Resort Annual Passports saw the biggest jump. The SoCal pass, which is only available for renewal by current pass holders, increased by $80 and now costs $549. The Deluxe, Signature, Signature Plus and Premiere passes each went up by $110 to $150.

The price hikes are happening one year after Disney's American theme parks last raised their prices. Disneyland fans can expect more changes when the company revises its Annual Pass program later this year.
"We will be reshaping our Annual Pass program to better manage the guest experience throughout the year, which will help all Disneyland Resort guests have a great visit, particularly as we look forward to the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in 2019," Disneyland Resorts spokesperson Suzi Brown said in a statement to our media partner NBC4.
Sometime in 2018, company officials plan to start issuing date-specific tickets at Walt Disney World in Florida.
