Compton and Willowbrook's Brown Water Might Finally Get Fixed
For the first time in state history, California has ordered the takeover of a water district. And it's named LA County's Public Works Department for the task. The department started work on Friday to fix the brown water that Compton and Willowbrook residents have seen coming out of their faucets for months.
