A three-woman burglary crew has been hard at work in Encino, detectives announced today.

The three suspects were captured on a surveillance video from a recent attempted burglary which occurred Friday around 10:30 a.m. at a home in the Encino Hills section of Los Angeles, south of Ventura Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The three women, said to be in their 20s, were caught on tape by a homeowner's security cameras knocking repeatedly on the front door of a home in the Encino Hills area, according to police.

When no one answered, they moved to the back of the house and broke a window but were apparently frightened away when the burglar alarm sounded off, police said.

Police said the same crew is suspected in two other burglaries in the Encino area.

Anyone with information on the suspects was asked to call Los Angeles Police Dets. Jeffrey Dunn or Maggie Brownell at (818) 374-7730.
