Is a Sushi Food Truck a Good Idea?
The food truck trend has hit almost every culinary delight. Take your pick: korean, chinese, Vietnamese, BBQ, cupcakes, ice cream, (see a full list here). One of those choices includes sushi from Fishlips Sushi Truck, who we caught at the recent Buff Monster signing.
