President Barack Obama delivered his State of the Union "Sputnik" address on Tuesday night illustrating convoluted inefficiencies in department structure with stories about salmon, urging people to become teachers, stressing innovation, emphasizing education that begins at home, detailing the realities of global competition and outlining a plan that includes a whole lot of working together to recapture the American dream.
