The details: the event is today from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM at the IBEW-ETI Training Site, located at 6023 Garfield Ave. Commerce, CA 90040.
Clinton still has a pretty commanding lead over Barack Obama in most California polls, which is nothing to cry over.
