Is Bill Clinton's former crisis consultant Lanny Davis telling Jane Harman to rub off her latest controversy by poking fun at it publicly? Last week she participated in a 5K race where the Southbay Congresswoman named her team "Tapped Out," a reference to a scandal where her phone was tapped by the NSA. Harman denies the allegations and is calling for the release of the transcripts from the wiretapped call.
