Guns Match in Chasen Murder & Person of Interest Suicide
A week after the suicide of the man considered a "person of interest" in the Ronni Chasen murder, the Beverly Hills Police Department is saying that the gun recovered from that scene is the same one that was used in the publicist's fatal shooting, according to LA Now. Harold Smith killed himself in front of authorities who had arrived at his Hollywood apartment hotel to speak with him about the Chasen killing. "The Beverly Hills Police Department has called 3 p.m. news conference to discuss the case, though no details were provided."
