Craigslist Rental: Muholland Drive Home for up to $75K/Month
This house is so big, it has its own website. Too bad they claim it's in Beverly Hills when in reality, it's in Los Angeles's 5th District... but we digress with zip code minutia. This more-than-9,000-square-foot home has nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a six car garage, four bars and six fire places.
The rent fluctuates, depending on a few factors: furnished or unfurnished and short or long term lease? So anywhere between $39,000 to $75,000 is what they say (sounds affordable).
Oh, and if you want to buy it, offers begin at $10 million. However, according to LAist real estate source, they say property records show it was bought for $1,725,000 on October 10, 2000, and that today the assessment is $2.3 million.
