Officials have decided to ban food trucks as well as street vendors and performers from all future downtown LA ArtWalk events on the heels of the tragic death of a 2-month-old boy, reports ABC 7. The boy was killed when a driver trying to park his car jumped the curb and struck the child while he was seated in a stroller.
