Sweet! Coolhaus Opening Shop in Old Pasadena
There are some trendy names in food going up soon on storefronts in Old Pasadena, and today comes word L.A.'s homegrown Coolhaus is setting up shop to serve their signature ice cream sandwiches there.
Coolhaus will open in the space that previously housed a Foot Locker, reveals Eater LA. Next door there will soon be an Umami Burger, and already is an Intelligentsia coffee outpost.
This is the second Los Angeles-area shop for Coolhaus, which began as an ice cream sandwich shop on wheels in the nouveau renaissance of food trucks just a couple of years ago. Their first L.A. brick and mortar is in Culver City and opened last November.
