Restaurant Owner Calls Customer 'Lying Filthy C*nt Pig' In Facebook Rant
A Thousand Oaks bar and restaurant owner is sorry-not-sorry about calling a customer a "lying, filthy c*nt pig" after she left a scathing review on the company's Facebook page.
Brooke Lewis visited Sunset Terrace—a place that is equal parts a bar lounge, dance club and restaurant, and nestled in an open-air mall—with her mother nearly a year ago on June 29. She left a bitter review on Yelp as well as the joint's Facebook page, complaining about Sunset Terrace's horrible service, according to ABC 7. There are differing opinions from both Lewis and the Sunset Terrace owner, who told ABC 7 he wants to just go by his first name Tyrone, on how everything went down that afternoon, but we'll discuss that later.
What was most shocking was that Tyrone wrote some offensive things about Lewis and her review—nearly a year later—calling her mom schizophrenic and telling Lewis the world would be a better place without her. Tyrone tried to respond to Lewis' Yelp review when he first saw it, but was blocked from doing so. He says he recently saw the Facebook post and decided to respond to her about what he said were lies. Tyrone meant to send Lewis a private message, but ended up posting his comments publicly on the Sunset Terrace Facebook page. Here's an excerpt from what Tyrone wrote:
I can only assume, after years of embarrassment trying to explain the behavior of (as she put it) her "Bitch Daughter" she got her meds mixed up. Brookie, you are an ignorant, Disgusting, Miserable, Lying Filthy Cunt Pig!
I feel so bad for your mother, having to feel responsible for such a Foul, Repugnant, Waste of space just because it spilled from her schizophrenic vagina.
As for your poor embattled boyfriend Erik, please, please please have the common decency to kill yourself before you burden him with a half Shit child.
The world will be a better place once you are no longer a part of it.
Have a great day,
Tyrone

Lewis told ABC 7 that she was "shocked" when she saw his Facebook post, and says his message is "degrading to women." She wants a public apology, but Tyrone is standing his ground, saying he did nothing wrong and he that he won't apologize.
In Lewis' Facebook post, she says that the service was incredibly slow and that Crystal, the waitress and bartender, was rude to her, her boyfriend and her mother. She added that a busboy apologized for Crystal's behavior and told her that the bad service was a "regular thing." When she asked to speak to a manager, she got Tyrone on the phone. Lewis writes that Tyrone said they did nothing wrong and wouldn't apologize. "My mom is definitely scatterbrained and out there but in no means rude and Tyrone tried to explain it away by telling me my mom was 'all over the place,'" Lewis says.
She adds that Tyrone later called her boyfriend to tell him "I was a crazy bitch and he should break up with me."
Tyrone posted his side of the story on Sunset Terrace's Facebook page late last night. He writes that Crystal had tried to take the order from Lewis' mother several times, but her mother couldn't make up her mind as she roved throughout the restaurant arguing on the phone. When Lewis came into the restaurant, Tyrone says she immediately criticized Crystal for making her mother wait, and when Crystal explained that she tried to take her mother's order, Lewis called her a "lying fucking bitch," and that she was making her late to her hair appointment. He writes that Lewis' mother later apologized to them for her daughter's behavior, and that Lewis admitted to him that she called Crystal names after the bartender showed her attitude. Lewis also threatened Tyrone that they would be getting more negative Yelp and Facebook reviews.
Tyrone writes: "I apologize to anyone offended by my choice of language towards Brooke.
I do not apologize to Brooke, her boyfriend Erik, and others like them who use social media like Yelp and Facebook to threaten and blackmail hospitality workers and businesses alike. My employee Crystal is a single mom putting herself thru school and working her ass off. Sunset Terrace is a family business struggling to be successful in a very completive market. [sic]"
Folks have since taken to Sunset Terrace's Yelp page with a series of one-star reviews blasting Tyrone for the language he used on Facebook.
