Sip and Sample: DomaineLA & Feniger's Street Pair Up for $15 Tasting
When it comes to wine and food, it's all about the power of the pairing, and it's always a bonus if someone in the know is doing the matching up. Next Monday night DomaineLA will bring together Italy's Manicor winery and the tastes of Susan Feniger's Street foran affordable cocktail-hour pairing event at the Hollywood restaurant. For $15 guests will be joined by the importer and winemaker, and will be able to taste five wines, including a rarely-seen-stateside dry moscato, as paired with tray-passed bites from Street's kitchen. Hit up LocalWineEvents.com for advance tickets.
If you're not familiar with DomaineLA, this will be a great chance to see owner Jill Bernheimer's savvy in action (she did the wine list/pairing suggestions for LudoBites 3.0 at Royal/T). It's also a great chance to take a bite of Street, home to one of LAist's own's favorite bites of last year.
