We all know that Kevin Bludso, owner of our favorite 'que joint in the city, is a big fan of football. Namely, the Cowboys. This season, he's opened up his restaurant extra-early on Sundays to whip up breakfast tacos for gridiron fans to grind on. And Bludso's Bar & 'Que, which is normally closed on Monday nights like many other restaurants, changes their schedule to be open on Mondays during the season.

So it should come as no surprise that he'll be pulling out all the stops tonight and smoking an entire 50 pound pig for his customers, giving it away for free during the Cowboys vs. Bears game.

You might plan to queue up earlier than the official start time (5:30 p.m.), because the pork is being doled out on a first come, first served basis.

Never fear, the full regular menu will also be available if supplies run out. Which is a good thing because you're going to want some sides and a cocktail with all that meat. There will also be $3 PBR and $5 Texas margaritas all night. So come hungry. And thirsty.
