Who said festival food had to be a drag? This year the folks at Coachalla put together an epic lineup of artisan vendors and quality restaurants for concert-goers. Some of the highlights of our weekend -- aside from the incredible musical talent -- included Kazu Nori's 3 hand roll special for $15, Oreo coffee ice cream bars from CoolHaus, and the stunning Outstanding in the Field dinner with Sotto. It was no easy task for the restaurants to pull it all together amidst sandstorms and serious logistical nightmares of navigating the larger-than-life festival, but it all came together in the end, making it so we could all dine in style while enjoying the music.
