New York's Murray's Cheese To Open Shop In Los Angeles

Cheese lovers, rejoice! New York's famed cheesemonger Murray's Cheese is making its way to Los Angeles.
The storefront will have its grand opening in Studio City on Feb. 1, making this their 100th store opening across the nation, according to a statement. The 73-year-old institution from Greenwich Village, N.Y. will sell nearly 200 different types of cheeses, including domestic, international, and rare ones.
Murray's Cheese will be celebrating this Studio City grand opening by having cheese tastings and giving away 100 free grilled cheese sandwiches from the Grilled Cheese Truck starting at 11 a.m. on Feb. 1. The shop is located at 10901 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City.
Grub Street reported that Murray's Cheese is planning to open five other shops within Ralph's markets in L.A. as well.
