MMMericuh, The 100% Bacon Burger Patty Is Back
Just when we were starting to feel all down in the dumps about the Monkey Style burger at In-N-Out being a hoax, another burger has lifted our spirits. Yes, that's right. The 100 percent bacon burger at Slater's 50/50 is back in all its porcine glory.
The foundation of the burg, which is available at all of Slater's SoCal locations during the month of July, is a 100 percent ground bacon patty layered with a sunny-side-up egg, thick cut bacon, bacon Thousand Island dressing, and bacon cheddar cheese. As if that wasn't enough piggly wiggly action, the restaurant puts all those ingredients in between a bacon pretzel bun made with rendered bacon fat instead of butter that's sprinkled with bacon bits on top.
Pair that with one of their bacon bloody marys, and you're money.
