How the heck is it possible that we didn't come up with the ramen burger while we're in college? It's a brilliant idea, really. And cheap as chips. So hats off to Keizo Shimamoto of Brooklyn's Smorgasburg for coming up with this fantastical fusion food. But unfortunately, we don't have access to it here in L.A.
Thankfully, Pop Sugar has the hack on how to make the latest hybrid obsession of America. And you can watch the video below.
Considering how many L.A. bakeries have tried to hack the cronut code, it's only a matter of time before someone on Sawtelle Boulevard whips up one of these bad boys. Seems like something the guys over at Seoul Sausage might have a go at, perhaps.
