Our June member drive is live: protect this resource!
Right now, we need your help during our short June member drive to keep the local news you read here every day going. This has been a challenging year, but with your help, we can get one step closer to closing our budget gap. Today, put a dollar value on the trustworthy reporting you rely on all year long. We can't hold those in power accountable and uplift voices from the community without your partnership.

Forget the box of chocolates. This Hello Kitty turkey plush is the perfect housewarming gift for a Thanksgiving dinner host. You owe your family that much for the embarrassing mess you'll make of yourself after all the red wine, after all.

We were first turned on to this cute little stuffed toy by the Mary Sue, who also points out that there is a burger version of the Sanrio character. The turkey version, which zips inside out to double as Hello Kitty, runs $28.

Wonder if the Hello Kitty suite at Maison 140 will get decked out with these little guys for the holiday season?
