By Eli Sussman/Special to LAist

Set times have been released which means you are most likely coordinating frantically with your group of friends about when to arrive and in what order you’ll race from stage to stage over the course of the three-day festival. Amidst the arguing over whether to see Gogol Bordello or Foals (answer: Gogol Bordello*) or The National or Duck Sauce (answer: Duck Sauce*) you’ll need to stop and eat some food right?

But what is there to eat when your stomach is growling during the 20 minutes in between seeing OFWGKTA and Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti? And what will quell the hunger pangs when you need a quick bite to hold you over until some corporate sponsored hotel party later that night? Don’t fear festival attendees, LAist has the full list of food options for Coachella 2011 below!

If you were lucky enough to snag a VIP ticket, swing by Coolhaus, which debuted two years ago at Coachella and is celebrating its 2-year anniversary. For the vegans, check out Bombay Station and Green Truck. To cool off, seek out shaved ice from Ice of Paradise and Get Shaved. There will be plenty of ethnic options including Thai, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Greek and BBQ to choose from so don’t worry about smuggling in any granola bars (save the space in your bag for something else).

Here is a handy map to outline the locations where you can find the eats. Let us know your favorites!
