Celebrate Dodgers' Win With The Go Bleu Burger
The Los Angeles Dodgers won the National League Division Series over the Atlanta Braves last night, thanks to Juan Uribe's two-run, eighth-inning home run. The game likely wiped away any doubt Angelenos might have had, re-inspiring them to Think Blue.
Keeping that blue state of mind isn't isn't limited to Dodger Town though; over in Little Osaka Plan Check Kitchen + Bar is celebrating with a Dodgers Bleu Print Burger, made just for baseball fans.
LA native Chef Ernesto Uchimura has constructed a home-run burg ($12) comprised of Akaushi beef, smoked bleu cheese, pig candy, fried onions, steak sauce, and peppercress stacked high on Plan Check’s signature Panko-crusted crunch bun. The bleu cheese is pretty self explanatory, and the plethora of pig products, no doubt, is the modern American eatery's hat tip to the Dodgers' signature Dodger Dogs.
Toast the victory with one of their unique cocktails, premium whiskeys or craft beers, and you've got yourself a celebration.
