New 365 By Whole Foods Market In Silver Lake Will Officially Open In May

Truth matters. Community matters. Your support makes both possible. LAist is one of the few places where news remains independent and free from political and corporate influence. Stand up for truth and for LAist. Make your year-end tax-deductible gift now.

The 365 by Whole Foods Market in Silver Lake now has an official opening date: May 25. According to a release from the company, the new 365 by Whole Foods Market will open at 2520 Glendale Blvd. in Silver Lake on Wednesday, May 25. This shop will be the first of its kind in the country. 365 by Whole Foods Market, unlike a regular Whole Foods, will focus on selling more affordable products. The shop takes over what was once a Ralphs.

In addition to 365 products, the market will also include to-go or dine-in food from NYC-based vegan restaurant by CHLOE, coffee and beer from Allegro Coffee and a tea kiosk called teaBot that allows customers to grab their own tea in "less than 30 seconds."

The market will also offer grocery delivery via Instacart.

A branch of Wells Fargo Bank as well as two restaurants are also intended to move into the shopping center, according to Eastside L.A., joining an existing CVS and Starbucks.
